Our quoting tool is designed to help you quickly and accurately generate a rental quote. Follow these steps to get started:

1. Enter Your Information

Fill out the required fields:

• Customer First & Last Name
• Contact Details; Phone #, Email
• Start Date of the Storage Rental (if known)

Make sure all information is accurate to ensure the quote is properly associated with the client.

2. Select Unit Size

Use the drop down menu to select the size of the storage unit you would like to rent. If you are unsure what size container you may need, refer to our container sizing guide on the main page, or leave it blank and our team will contact you to get more details and provide suggestions..

3. Add Accessories, Add-ons, or Additional Services

• Add moving supplies and accessories to your rental quote to help with your Self-Storage move in or move out; Boxes, Moving Blankets, Straps, Utility Dollies and more.
• Use the drop down menu to select Contents Insurance Coverage for your belongings. Refer to the Insurance information page to learn why you want Contents Insurance, and why you want to get it for Kennedale Storage.
• Apply any discounts or special pricing

4. Apply any Promo Codes or Special Discounts

For Kennedale Storage’s Grand opening, use the Promo Code GRAND25 to save 50% of your second month’s rental rate.

5. Review Totals

The tool will automatically calculate and breakdown all:

• Rental Rates
• Additional Selected Product Pricing
• Subtotals
• Taxes
• Discounts
• Final Total

Double-check all calculations and pricing before continuing.

6. Send the Quote

Once finished filling out the Quoting Form, and you have confirmed all information is correct, click send to receive your quote immediately.

• Email – An summary of your quote will be sent to the email provided listing all the product selections you made as well as a breakdown on the pricing.
• Sales Call – One of our sales team will contact you by phone within 30-60 min.* to confirm the quote details with you and and make any addition changes as needed.
• Resend the Quote – If any changes were made to the quote, the person helping you will email a new quote to you for your records.
